The overall efficiency of the system is also dependent on the quantity and quality of information, as it is possible to minimize energy consumption and increase user comfort. Because the management of such a large amount of information is difficult or even impossible for humans, distributed control systems are used to solve partial tasks in large-scale applications, and information about the status of these tasks and only the values of selected important inputs are transmitted to higher control levels.
In addition to the ability to control the assigned subsystem, an important parameter of distributed control systems is the possibility of their remote management and modification with the best possible use of the current communication infrastructure.

CMOS system
The Central Monitoring and Control System (CMOS) is a set of applications used to monitor and control equipment at the airport. The main advantage of CMOS is the modular solution that is able to cover any customer requirements.

RCMS RCOM system
The RCMS RCOM system is a monitoring and control system for VHF technology that is equipped with a GV 4000 communication interface or communicates via the 4200 GB2PP protocol.
RCMS enables:
- Centrally and locally maintain information on the status of VHF technology.
- Provide this information to the ATM systems department (technical supervision and technical oversight) and also to the ATC department.
- Automate some functions related to the technical operation of the RCMS system.
- Archive information about the status and control of the RCMS system. Transmit all data to the parent system and any other systems via a standard communication interface.
- Provide remote setting of all remotely controllable parameters of the RCMS system's own VHF technology.
RCMS NAVSYS system
The RCMS NAVSYS system is a monitoring and control system for radionavigation equipment. It enables control and monitoring of radio navigation systems via TCP/IP protocol (Ethernet, GPRS). In addition to control and monitoring, it is also possible to set device parameters via service programs.
