iEi has developed a unique industrial single board computer, the WAFER-ASL, which offers performance, flexibility and durability. Key features of WAFER-ASL

• Processor and memory – the industrial single board system is available in two versions with Intel® Atom™ x7433RE and Intel® Atom™ x7835RE processors, which provide high performance with low power consumption. Furthermore, the board allows the use of one DDR5 4800 SO-DIMM module with a capacity of up to 16 GB, which ensures fast data access and efficient multitasking.
• Graphics Performance – The integrated Gen 12 UHD Graphics graphics engine supports dual independent output via HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4, both with resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz.
• Network Connectivity – The system features three RJ45 ports with Intel® I226-IT 2.5 GbE controllers, enabling high-speed data transfer and robust connectivity for industrial networks.
• Expansion Capabilities – The WAFER-ASL is equipped with M.2 A Key (2230) and M.2 M Key (2280) slots with PCIe Gen3 and USB 2.0 support, expanding the connectivity options for additional devices. It also offers a range of I/O interfaces including USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 2.0, SATA 6Gb/s, and RS-232/422/485.
• Integrated heatsink – The computer features an innovative integrated metal drawer-shaped heatsink that ensures efficient heat dissipation and stable operation of the motherboard over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. This solution minimizes the need for external cooling and facilitates the integration of the board into various systems.
