Our Mechatronics Division has been engaged in complex deliveries of single-purpose machines, assembly lines and other specialized automation equipment for many years. We have recently built our largest production line in terms of size.

The line has robotic workstations for assembly and testing of electromagnet components to control hydraulic elements and can process up to 6 different types of products, at a production rate of 12 parts per second. Also worth mentioning is the automatic separation of non-conforming parts into NOK boxes or the inspection of incoming parts using cameras and sensors.

Dimensional and quality recognition of the parts is carried out throughout the entire production process with very high precision.

Finally, after the final assembly, each assembly is tested for tightness and strength and the final marking of the matching parts takes place.

Throughout the production process, the operator can replenish the material in the prepared bins without any production limitations.

Stäubli’s TS2 SCARA series robotic arms, specifically the TS2-80 and TS2-100 models, were selected for the robotic production line, allowing 4-axis movement and guaranteeing high repeatability of up to ± 0.015 mm.
