HOW IS THE PRODUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER DONE?
First, we will thoroughly go over your needs with you and evaluate everything both technically and financially. We will select the right components to suit the specific purpose, both in performance and durability. We will then draw up a design for the assembly, which we will discuss with you and fine-tune the details if necessary.
We will start building your PCs in our production facility. Our team of experts has many years of experience and follows all standards when building computers to ensure the highest quality. Of course, we follow all ESD rules throughout the production process according to standard operating procedures.
The finished computer is then moved to a so-called hot room where we perform tests in an environment simulating operation at high temperatures so that we can guarantee the functionality of the computer even in extreme conditions. Various tests are also carried out to test all the hardware used.
Only a fully functional and tested machine or line is taken to the customer for installation. A team of mechanics and electrical fitters under the supervision of the project manager will prepare the machine for transport. The customer will then have the machine set up, wired and prepared for the arrival of our programmers. In this last phase, we will debug the machine under series production conditions to verify the final production quality, machine reliability and the required cycle time to achieve the planned production capacity. Production can begin.
Once your computer has successfully passed the manufacturing process and all the tests, it undergoes a thorough independent final inspection to guarantee that the computer we produce is fully compliant with the specified requirements and fully prepared for many years of heavy-duty operation in harsh environments.
According to the type of computer and the service contract, we then provide the agreed service. The standard 2-year warranty is the basis, which we are able to extend up to 5 years. In addition, it is possible to purchase On-Site service from us at the place of installation, NBD – next working day repair or Non-stop service with arrival within a few hours, regardless of the time of day or days off work.
