ON-SITE
If you purchase this service, we will come to the place of deployment of the computer throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition, we guarantee that the service intervention will be performed no later than on the 5th day from the date of reporting the fault. The service can be purchased additionally for 5 years (from the third year in combination with the LONG LIFE service.
NBD
The Next Business Day service guarantees Service intervention no later than the next business day at the location deployment of the computer throughout the Czech Republic and the Czech Republic. Its price depends on the price of and is reduced for a larger number of identical computers. The service can be can be purchased with an older computer.
NON-STOP
With this service, we guarantee that our service technicians will arrive for service intervention anywhere in the Czech Republic or Slovakia within eight hours at the latest. Day or night, weekdays, weekends and holidays. This service can also be purchased additionally and the price of the service depends on the selling price of the computer, similar to NBD
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
PROFYLAXE
We offer you a complete mechanical cleaning of your computer, replacement of filter cartridges and testing of critical PC components to prevent failure. You can also purchase partial preventive services focused on individual parts of the system.
BACKUP
Backing up using Acronis software and creating an image.
