SHIELD-156: Rugged panel PC with IP66 and extended temperature range

The SHIELD-156 from IEI is an industrial panel computer designed for environments where maximum durability, reliability and long-term operation are key. With a 304 stainless steel construction and full IP66 protection on all sides, this device is able to function flawlessly even in the harshest conditions.

Maximum durability thanks to IP66

Unlike conventional computers with front IP protection, the SHIELD-156 provides full IP66 protection on all sides. This means absolute protection against dust and strong jets of water from all directions. This feature is essential for use in food processing, pharmaceuticals, outdoor installations or operations where frequent water washing or high-pressure cleaning are required.

Resistance to extreme temperatures

Another outstanding feature of the SHIELD-156 is its wide operating temperature range from -30 °C to 55 °C. This makes the computer ideal for outdoor installations, cold storage or temperature-sensitive operations where conventional computing technology fails.
