There are very few young people studying technical fields today. Our late colleague Pavel Lexa was also aware of this fact, and he donated his life savings to them. Thanks to him, the ELVAC and Pavel Lexa Foundation was created.

Pavel was not only an excellent businessman, but also a cheerful person with a specific sense of humor and love for people. Thank you for coming into our lives.

According to Pavel’s wishes, scholarships are financed from the endowment fund for the children of our employees, who are studying at a technical secondary school or university.

This year, Ondra P., who is graduating from the Electrotechnical High School in Ostrava, was awarded a new scholarship to become an electrician. Also, Martin Š., who is acquiring knowledge in the field of applied physics at the Palacký University in Olomouc. The last recent scholarship holder is Filip M. studying at the Vítkovická Secondary Technical School as an operating technician.

We wish those mentioned a successful school year and good employment in the chosen field after graduation.
