iEi IMBA-Q471

ELVAC brings to market an embedded motherboard from industrial technology manufacturer iEi Integration. IMBA Q471 high performance motherboard for artificial intelligence and edge computing.

It complements the existing IMBA-Q470 model and is a variant that exclusively features third-generation PCI Express slots. The third generation offers transfer rates of nearly 16 Gb/second. This makes the interface almost twice as fast as its predecessor.

The IMBA-Q471 offers two PEX16 slots with x8 signal, three PEX4 slots and one PEX1 slot as well as an M.2 2242/2280 M-Key slot with x2 signal. For fast processing, the motherboard supports 10th and 11th generation Intel® Core processors. In addition to the basic Celeron and Pentium models, the powerful Core i3, i5, i7 and i9 processors can also be used. The motherboard can be equipped with up to 128 GB of RAM with a maximum clock frequency of 2933 MHz DDR4.
The Intel UHD and HD GPU offers up to 4K resolution on three independent graphics outputs. Display Port, HDMI and VGA outputs are available for graphics output. Data storage can be populated with five SATA 6 Gb/s ports with RAID 0/1/10 functionality. In addition to the classic USB 2.0 interface, there are four fast USB 3.1 Gen. 2 interfaces with 10 Gb/s. In addition, the IMBA-Q471 offers three 2.5 GbE network interfaces for fast communication with network devices. Three RS-232 and one RS-422/485 interface are available for legacy devices. Audio and 12 digital inputs and outputs round out the range of interfaces. The motherboard also supports Intel® Platform Trust Technology PTT and TPM to meet the requirements for Windows 11 operating systems.
