DV 1000

Cincoze, the rugged embedded computer company, today expanded its DIAMOND product line to include the powerful DV-1000 rugged embedded computer series. The DV-1000 is an embedded computer with a compact chassis and flexible expansion options. It is well suited for dynamic industrial applications with limited installation space, such as smart manufacturing, machine vision and rail computing.
The DV-1000 is powered by a 9/8th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processor (Coffee Lake-R S series) that supports up to 128GB of DDR4 2666 MHz memory. Storage options include one 2.5 SATA HDD/SSD bay, 2x mSATA bays and 1x M.2 Key M 2280 slot for high-speed NVMe SSDs. The DV-1000 is only half the size of an A4 sheet of paper, its chassis measures 224 × 162 × 64 mm, and it is the small size that can accommodate applications in a variety of areas with high-speed computing and multiple storage options.
The DV-1000 includes all the most useful I/O interfaces for industrial applications, including 2x GbE LAN, 2x COM, 3x USB 3.2 and 3x USB 2.0 for connecting peripherals such as network connectivity, device monitoring and barcode scanners. Digital and analogue display options are available, with DisplayPort providing a powerful modern connectivity option and VGA providing support for legacy displays. The front service panel shows a thoughtful design layout and includes functional areas such as a SIM card slot, AT/ATX switch and IGN setup switch, allowing for convenient and easy local setup and maintenance.
The DV-1000 inherits the modular expansion design of the DIAMOND product line, allowing for use in a variety of operational applications. The exclusive CMI module provides options to add 1x DisplayPort, 1x HDMI, 2x COM or 1x digital I/O. The MEC module can expand with 2x USB 3.0 and 2x LAN to connect required peripherals. Lastly, the CFM module can add a vehicle power start control function(IGN).

To maintain consistently high quality, stability and durability, the new DV-1000 uses industrial-grade components and an extruded aluminum chassis that quickly dissipates heat to the outside environment and allows a wide temperature range from -40 to 70°C. The system accepts a wide range of voltage inputs from 9 to 48 VDC, and even under the most demanding conditions, the DV-1000 operates stably. The DV-1000 has been shock and vibration tested to the military MIL-STD-810G standard and has received EN 50155 rail certification (EN 50121-3-2 only), making it an essential component for smart manufacturing and high-performance computers for transportation applications.
