Cincoze CO-100

Industrial front bezel-less displays or LCD kits are developed for deployment not only in industry, but in virtually all environments where a conventional monitor cannot fit into a smaller space and match its appearance to the production machine or equipment that has a particular design that would interfere with the conventional look of the machine/equipment.

Cincoze launches the CO-100 range of displays, which have robust features and an exclusive adjustable design for easy installation in enclosures of not only different materials but also different thicknesses. The LCD is designed primarily for industrial applications such as automation and single-purpose machines and kiosks. The new CO-W121C, a 21.5″ FHD high resolution display module with 16:9 aspect ratio and PCAP touch screen, is the largest addition to the CO-100 series, further expanding the range of sizes (12″ and 15″ are in the pipeline), display ratios and touch modes to meet a wider range of market needs.

Cincoze uses the Convertible Display System (CDS, Patent No. M482908) so that the open frame CO-100 series can be combined with the P2000 or P1000 computer modules to create an industrial panel computer, or combined with the M1000 monitor module to create an industrial touchscreen monitor while maintaining flexibility for future upgrades.

Adjustable design for easy installation

The biggest advantage of the CO-100 series is the adjustable mounting bracket, specially developed for single-purpose machine manufacturers. The thickness adjustment facilitates mounting in enclosures of different thicknesses and allows precise and stable positioning. The CO-100 series also supports different fixing methods – panel or boss, for flat or standard mounting, simplifying the installation process and providing a more convenient integration as well as a smooth and consistent appearance for enclosures of different materials and thicknesses.

The CO-100 Series breaks away from traditional open-frame designs and with a new integrated mounting system, reduces the complexity of customization for installation into equipment, increases efficiency of on-site deployment and simplifies future maintenance costs. A variety of installation methods support a wide range of applications, with flat and standard mounting as the basis. Once the mounting rails are removed, VESA mounts can be used for stand-alone mounting or installation in a 19″ rack.

Cincoze CO-100 open-frame displays epitomise quality, stability and robustness with industrial grade materials, IP65 waterproof and dustproof front panel, support 0-70°C operation and a 50,000 hour backlight life. The CO-100 series is also CE and FCC EMC compliant, making it ideal for HMI automation applications.
